WHAT TO EXPECT

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]A Fistful of Influencers is a one-day workshop that brings brands, companies and bloggers together. The workshop includes the basics of working with regional outlets and micro-influencers (and some sophisticated subject matter).

Participating in the one-day  » workshop, you will leave in a multitude of marketing outlets with information, fresh thoughts for content planning, and objectives for positioning. Expect from the workshop the following:

  • Understand the overall plan of Influencer Marketing (IM)
  • How to create budget for IM and regional positioning 
  • How to comprehend the basics of target marketing content planning

WORKSHOP ITINERARY

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]While at the request of the hosting brand or destination we will form and update final workshop plans, the following is the general schedule and subject of the A Fistful of Influencers workshop.

Depending on the workshop’s expected size (no more than 30) or the sponsoring entity’s request, distinct sections of the workshop may be presented by extra content designers or advertising experts. It is always best to have a variety of experiences when running content marketing and positioning sessions.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height= »15″][vc_column_text]

TIMELINE FOR THE ONE-DAY WORKSHOP:

  • Welcome: open mingling time to connect with new faces and get comfortable
  • Introduction to Influencers Marketing – why you’re taking the leap and understanding what the job of an influencer actually is
  • Why and how to manage your marketing influencer budget? – why and how to allocate budgets
    • this is a hands-on session with OPEN DISCUSSION. Participants should be prepared to share their experiences and concerns.
    • bringing a high level version of your operating budget is recommended for personal use (not to share)
  • How to Develop an Influencer Marketing Plan – defining your goals and creating a Scope of Work (SOW)
    • this is a hand-on session following the process presentation
    • be prepared with basic data re: current customer base/reach, desired impression demographic, example of current/past marketing plan
  • How do you approach an influencer? –  presenting and soliciting your IM plan to an influencer or regional outlet
  • Closing event – last function together, time to connect with those you haven’t met yet

The more, the better, as this will provide more possibilities for sharing and debate, but also understand that more direct attention will be given to a tiny community.
